We started as colleagues in a black soldier fly company. Quickly, we realised a gap in the industry and decided to take action to bridge the science knowledge we have to the farmers in need. 

Dr. Tze Min Teo has a background spanning over 15 years in entomology, molecular biology and agronomy. She holds a doctorate in Zoology from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom). 

Dr. Charles Rodde is a specialist in aquaculture, insect nutrition and data science.  He holds a doctorate in aquaculture from the French Research Institute for Exploitation of the Sea (Montpellier, France).
